Ashley Pellouchoud represents employees in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and various wage and hour violations. She also represents victims of civil rights violations, and in particular, victims of sexual assault.
Ashley Pellouchoud is a former Board Member for Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing various interests of the LGBT community and combating all forms of discrimination nationwide. There, she served as co-chair of BALIF's Community Ambassador Committee and the chair of its Young Lawyers Committee.
Ashley Pellouchoud has a breadth of litigation experience, taking particular pride in sexual harassment, LGBT discrimination, and wage and hour cases. Before becoming an employment lawyer, she represented low-income persons in complex civil rights cases as a Graduate Fellow at the Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, where she won an administrative appeal against the Environmental Protection Agency.
Ashley Pellouchoud is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), and BALIF. She is an active alumna of Golden Gate University School of Law and continues to serve as a member of their Moot Court Board. She frequently volunteers as a judge for national and local moot court competitions and mentors law students about public interest careers.
In her free time, she can be found pickling, watching basketball, or road tripping throughout beautiful Northern California.
