Irina A. Doliner-Kelly is the owner and trial attorney at Doliner Law Firm. Irina also works as of counsel with Gomerman | Bourn & Associates. 

 

In 2014, The San Diego Daily Transcript named Irina as one of the Top Young Attorneys in San Diego. Irina was named a “San Diego Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for three consecutive years. This distinction is based on a peer review process and is awarded to only the top 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 or in practice for less than ten years. 

 

Irina has an extensive track record of success. Just months after becoming licensed, Irina won a significant sexual harassment trial. Irina's practice focuses on employment law and personal injury law in the San Diego area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area, among other locations in California. Irina handles all types of employment law matters, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower protection, breach of contract, and unpaid wages, wage theft, pregnancy discrimination, among others. Irina provides consultations and severance packages, including negotiation assistance. Irina regularly consults businesses regarding compliance with California employment laws.
