While 2020 was a challenging year, we didn’t let those difficulties impact our ability to serve our clients. In fact, The Law Offices of Tanya Gomerman was recently named in The Recorder’s newest issue: West Top Verdicts & Settlements of 2020. In the issue, our firm was mentioned multiple times. We received three of the top ten verdict decisions from last year.
The verdicts included an employment discrimination case in which our client was forced to resign due to a hearing disability.
We were also recognized for two other employment matters. One in which an employer failed to pay our client for overtime work. The other was regarding our client’s employer, who did not pay our clients the appropriate wage rates they were entitled to.
The Recorder also mentioned an intentional tort case in which we were the first law firm to try a case in San Francisco since the COVID shut-down because nothing stops us from pursuing justice.
